Hotel Rooms
A specially negotiated group rate is offered to 2024 NCCA Annual Conference attendees at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro for $129 USD per night (plus tax). The housing reservation link will be made available in the confirmation email after registering for the conference. There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate. Room reservations must be made no later than Thursday, January 18, 2024.
Conference Registration Refund Policy
If NCCA receives your written cancellation and refund request at [email protected]
- By February 4, 2024, you will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation processing fee.
- On or after February 5, 2024, no refund will be given.
Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing.
